 Untrue or incomplete information allows suspension/termination of your account. Certain Site areas may require account registration. You agree to keep your password confidential and are responsible for activities under your account. We may remove or change inappropriate usernames. The Site shall only be used for its intended purpose. Users agree not to engage in prohibited activities listed in detail within this section, ensuring proper Site use. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide to you electronically, via email or on the Site, satisfy any legal requirement that such communication be in writing. You also agree to the use of electronic signatures, contracts, orders, and other records, and to the electronic delivery of notices, policies, and records of transactions initiated or completed by us or via the Site, including payment transactions processed through Stripe. California residents with unresolved complaints may contact the California Department of Consumer Affairs. These Terms, along with posted policies, constitute the entire agreement between users and the Company. The Company's failure to enforce any provision doesn't waive its right. If any provision is deemed illegal, it doesn't affect the validity of the remaining provisions. Users waive any defense based on the electronic form of these Terms.
